ADULT MASTERS PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Our co-ed Masters program includes novice, recreational, and competitive rowers. The Novice team is for those new to rowing who are looking to grow their skills in this very technical sport while enjoying a team environment during early morning practices, three days each week.
The Recreational team is for experienced rowers who wish to fine tune, or maintain, their rowing skills while enjoying camaraderie during early morning practices, three days each week.
The Competitive team enjoys five morning practices per week with a mix of drills, race training, and endurance. The Competitive team can also be found on the ergs one day each week. The Competitive team participates in both local and away regattas with head races in the fall and sprints in the spring.
